Thanks

yes the power of the fan is great……

I sent an email on your web site but thought I would reiterate some of
thoughts with this response as well:

I have engine mods on the bike, do my own work and have a power vision monitoring so I really watch the AFR and heat, probably more than I need to and makes me crazy but I’m one of those guys. The bike doesn’t overheat but gets hotter than I want in stop and go traffic and at idle. I have been looking to add cooling fans for some time, have known about love jugs for a while, but didn’t care for the look of the big ones you have had for years. Because of that, I tried to get fans from the other guy, but that is very difficult and you know the rest of the story there. I am blown away on how effective your Mighty Mites are. I tested them hard, as in, at idle let the bike get over 300 degrees engine temp turned on the fans and the bike cooled down to less than 250 still at idle. Props to you for design and getting these fans to the market. I am headed to AZ and California in April and I am going to remove the Power Vison from the bike and just know the fans are doing their job and enjoy the ride instead of worrying about the bike getting hot. From an installation standpoint, I didn’t do the extra frame mount or damping just because I was not in the mood to remove the tank. The fans seem secure and don’t seem to rattle around much but if you think is critical to the fans life I would install. I just like the cleanest look possible on the bike. One downside on install…… The 5/16 washer that goes under the acorn nut was not quite 5/16 and I had to drill it out a bit to get it to slide over the dampener bolt, just FYI.

I also wanted to compliment you are your business strategy and entrepreneurship. I own 3 NAPA Auto Parts store in Colorado Springs and always interested in what others in business are doing. I was very impressed with your presentation of your product and its packaging. However, the thing that caught my attention was the envelope that included the written documentation. The welcome letter is well done and the certificate of warranty is a nice touch. I buy a lot of aftermarket stuff and most suppliers don’t take the time to organize this kind of information and just through the paperwork in the box. You took the extra step and I just wanted you to know it is noticed so props again. Also the referral program is a nice touch! One recommendation is to include pictures in your directions. Us guys don’t like to read, and while the install is simple, I had to read more than I like and if I would have had a picture or two of the install I would have smiled more.

Anyway just some input from a satisfied customer and no doubt my buddies will want to know about my fans when their bike is in EMS (1 cylinder mode) and mine is not laboring at all.

Sincerely, – Cary C, Colorado Springs, Co
