I will give ya that the luv jugs look like crap but man do they really work…… last year 5 of us got stuck in the midtown tunnel in nyc. Only one guy had the luv jugs and kept his bike running the entire time. From start of tunnel to end of tunnel it was over 2.5 hrs and 3 out of the 5 bikes were literally boiling. One was so bad it melted the plastic around the air cleaner. I myself turned my bike off and pushed it through the entire tunnel. When we got the the rally we were going to i got a black set of luv jugs. My bike seldom sees temps over 220. If one travels to a lot of rally’s where traffic is a norm they can definitely be a plus. I just cant see torturing my engine because i have too much pride not to put them on. Function over looks in my book but I myself only keep them on for a few months out of the year, and remove them for fall and winter months. – H-D Forum chrisg (road captain
