10/09/2017On my 2010 103 Limited, I cut the cat and rewelded the stock headpipe the first month I had the bike in 2010. I wrapped the head pipes with header wrap down past the collector, reinstalled the chrome heat shields over the header wrap. Have a tuner, free flowing mufflers, Screamin Eagle A/C. All these things have help reduce the heat, but it wasn’t until I installed Love Jug cooling fans that I really solved the heat issue with my 103. – James R, Lake City, FL
